I recently added GH1 to my Grado collection. GH1 is a gem!

@pkay
I'm going to speak of a different iteration of the 325x--it's my 325is which I've owned for ~10yrs.
I've had my fair share of owning/hearing different Grado headphones--and they all bring something different to the table.
My 325is is the most realistic, raw, life like sounding Grado I've ever owned and I'm grateful for this being I've never heard another Grado offer this sound. Congratulations on your new GS3000x--and enjoy!

Oh I don't have gs3000x yet but thank you: ) Older 325s really have their own irreplaceable character. Grados are hard to evaluate by their prices.

Anyone heard the GS1000 OG and I version? Both of them are available in eBay and i am quite interested in trying out the earlier versions of gs1000.

Both are sounding great!

Question for my Grado Lovers:

I have the GS3000x and am considering replacing the cable either from Grado directly or perhaps a 3rd party. Not looking for a replaceable cable mod. Do any of you have experiences with a 3rd party cable that includes installation?

Thanks!

Leo

I have the 1000 OG... Very comfortable, I like it with tubes.

I would choose my RS2x over it in most use cases.

Perhaps Moon Audio. Or there's one in the Uk as well . I forgot the name. Or maybe Stefan audio art.
