Listening this violin album with 325x

By reputation, they punch above their price points. Still waiting for my J2+sparkos DAC to arrive (and I have no idea how long it will take). There are some good reviews online, which you probably found. Their forthcoming amps (more like $600, but not on their website yet) are a collaboration with Sparkos and should be great. Their regular $200-$300 amps look solid for the money, but I have never heard one. Love the family business angle. Husband designs the products, wife is the CEO, kids run sales and distribution and Grandpa Geshelli makes all the wood casings!I wondered if anyone here has any experience or info about Geshelli HP amps and DACs. They seem to be aiming for performance at a very reasonable price. A friend reached out to me asking about them and I found a few things online. His main phone is a Grado RS2x.
Thanks for any thoughts.
The 325x with the G "bowl" pads have been great with me for bands like Orange Goblin (stoner doom metal) and any indie/folk I throw at them.Which is the current Grado lineup winner for metalcore music? Bonus points if they are also good with indie/folk (Iron and Wine etc). Currently using the HD650 and I want something a little more aggressive/forward in the mids and maybe a little more soundstage. I was looking at the GS1000X but don't like that there are no second-hand options yet.

Glad to know there's someone else out there who likes heavy and soft stuff in equal measure!
Go to ‘Gradolabs.com’, in section ‘where to buy’, try Washington State.I was also looking at the 325x. Thanks for the rec, definitely going to consider these. If only I could find somewhere to try them out.
I first heard the 325x at Definitive Audio on Roosevelt Way in Seattle. Near the Green Lake area.I was also looking at the 325x. Thanks for the rec, definitely going to consider these. If only I could find somewhere to try them out.

How about Amazon? Nothing beats a home demo.
Good to know, I wonder if they have the GS1000X. I might have to give them a call.
Grado is sold by third party there, so I'm not sure I would be able to return them after using them?

Yeah it says 4ourears is the Grado store. I read that only things sold by Amazon directly can be returned when already opened, and that third party sellers can deny returns on opened products? They're sold by 4ourears, pretty sure that's the Grado store.
Well, the good news is "that there are no second-hand options yet". Doesn't that infer that there is a high percentage of very satisfied 1000x owners?
