Griffin Clarifi is an iPhone 3G case with a close-up(macro) lens.

Since the focus of iPhone camera is fixed, this is especially weak to take close-up macro photography.
Griffin Clarifi provides a solution with the built-in macro lens. The Clarifi itself is a sleek iPhone 3G case except the lens.

The macro lens is movable with the slide attached so you can switch both distant view and close-up situation with your finger tip.

This macro lens is very useful to take photos for dishes or papers on a desktop.
Here are samples. The left picture is taken without the macro lens, The right is with macro lens attached.
I made only brightness adjustment and reducing the size. Click picture to enlarge.

This is fairly effective accessory for 3G iPhones.

Sure, I also recommend you to install SteadyCam application if you get iPhone. Here is a link.

SteadyCam use motion sensor to detect hand movement and it will engage shutter when hand movement has stabilized. This reduce camera shake blurring.

iPhone evolves with such nice applications
