Actually I think I am going to go with the K550 unless somebody has any suggestions, but I am for sure waiting for hifyguy to review the Tiesto line compared to the K550 and K551.

Ok guys I need some comparisons between the AKG K550 and the Ultrasone Pro 900. I am guessing that the K550 are also
better than the K167 sound wise, the K167 are more commercial, if you know what I mean.
I don't particularly need bass or anything, just precise and detailed sound.
Also waiting for the K267, once again, I hope hifiguy58 will review them soon and possibly compare them to the K550.
I am told that the Ultrasone Pro 900, sound wise, are way better than the K550. Do they have more detail?
If I get anything wrong on the K167 please write about them too.

Pro's and cons comparisons between the three?

Please reply to this thread.

The K167 is more audiophile than you think - keep tabs on that thread. Also not to confuse you any more, but consider the Sony MDR 1R. I am also really interested in the M-100 myself, which I've heard has hard-hitting AND detailed bass.

Hi tino,

I must advise you that the highs of the Ultrasone PRO 900 aren't even close to the refinement/resolution of the K167's. It's all about bass.
