I've owned my MDR-V6s under a year and the right side has suddenly stopped working unless I twist the headphone jack around for a couple of minutes and try to hit a sweet spot. Is anyone able to help me at all? Thank you.

Buy nice new Neutrik jack, your flavor.
Buy paracord.
Strip Paracord of internals.
1 inch behind old jack, cut wire.
Put 1 inch strip of heat shrink tube, black, onto wire.
Pull paracord over wire.
Put another 1 inch strip of heat shrink tube on that.
Strip wires, locate common ground and left right.
Connect to new jack. (Making sure to put threaded jack cover onto wire first.
Test.
Solder.
Heatshrink.
