Got same firmware crush on brand new rs2 after 5 mins use.
Thx for quoting me with that selfie. Mine cleared up after about 10 min. Just enough time to take a dump (hence, that roll of TP). Never locked up again. But if it does, another TP selfie ... watch for that SIGN!

Got same firmware crush on brand new rs2 after 5 mins use. But nothing helps out. Just endless FW Upd again and again, or just FW Update mode with message "insert TF Pls" if I remove upd file from TF. I read in manual? hard reset is pressing pwr 30 secs, but it's not helped too. Just reload and FW upd mode again
Oh, it's not firmware crush, it's goddamn case stucking button. Here's official answer from Hiby

The V6 hasn't started shipping yet, but Kickstarter orders are close to going out. So there are only a few early review models around at the moment. I got in on it, so hopefully will be sent soon. Also have the RS2.
I am placing my order for V6 tomorrow.

Anyone tested HD800s with RS2?

You'd definitely need an external amp for HD800s.
You need an external amp period. IEMs, old iPod earphones, etc. See my earlier post about Go-Vibe.

Nah bro it was in the RS6 too and now in the RS2 too. But only comes when we put them right next to a mobile network active device. I didn't notice this much near Wi-Fi.

Have you tried using the M7 as a Bluetooth receiver for the RS2? I was thinking of connecting this to a Topping G5 and wanted to know if it would be feasible and worthwhile.

And any other methods to make this Bluetooth compatible would be cool if anyone's done it successfully.

??? The RS2 does not have WiFi or Bluetooth.

I know, I want to find a way to connect it to a Bluetooth receiving device so I can stream to it. Does anyone know how that could work?
If the RS2 had optical input, I would have suggested Topping BC3. The only other device that will do what you need is the xDuoo X10T II (as far as I know).

This will not work.

You can also do what @Sharppain suggested and buy a cheap small phone to pair the RS2, stream music via BubbleUPnP, it will have better sound quality than Bluetooth but you will be limited to using the UPnP App and WiFi streaming is a bit hard on battery.

I'm not a DAP person but maybe something like Shanling M0 would work? I remember reading that it has 2 way Bluetooth, don't know if it'll recognize RS2 as a DAC though.
