audeze without bass, what has the world come to

Does it have serious sub-bass? I was kinda expecting a supra LCD2F and mine from Amazon has zero bass

Audeze headphones post-2016 are not the bassy things they were known for in the past; they now tend to be pretty neutral, tilted slightly warm/dark. I honestly like them more now; I feel they're very well-balanced while maintaining that liquid sound that they were known for.

A very recent LCD2F came with amazing bass and I like bassy phones so I can listen at softer volume and still get bass, long story short that Sine is going back to Amazon I'm afraid as even HE-4XX has more bass huh.

Did you order with the Cipher cable or the DX? It’s pretty bassy with the Cipher.

Cipher but I don't have any iPood around, I can EQ though and that certainly doesn't do miracle either.
