My Dad brought me up to audio store today. They had these handcrafted in germany open air headphones German Maestro GMP 240. I was trying to find review but hadnt any luck to find any. Here is some flat review + specs.

I was wondering how would these be compared to some other similar price headphones like:
 
Audio Technica A900X/AD900X 
Beyerdynamic DT 880/770
AKG K550/K702
Sennheiser HD 600

EDIT. German Maestro=MB Quart(MB Quart gone broke and German Maestro took them over). Also German Maestro/MB Quart 240 are very similar to MB Quart's earlier model QP45X. Only way they differ in is upgraded drivers in 240's.

Not everybody has experience with every single headphone. How many people do you think has actually tried GMP 240 or whatever it is and is willing to provide you an answer within the 3 hours you have been bumping the thread?

donedj i am aware there arent much folk familiar with these headphones. Was hoping more people would see if i bumped and this thread would get chance to be replied. Sorry if that offended anybody, Ill keep it down then i gues.

Yes.
This information is correct.
MB Quart had financial problems and were taken over by investors.
They re-branded to 'German Maestro', but it's essentially the same company. 
 
Even in Germany they're a VERY little known brand as they specialise predominantly in loudspeakers. But you see their headphones in every big music shop here, as they make those indestructible demo headphones with metal shower-hose cables.

And, what's the impedance size you intend to get them in? 80 Ohms are only $200- and come with the valour earpads.

I see. Well im upadating the thread then. Ive also found out that German maestro/MB Quart 240 are bery similair to MB Quarts earlier headphones QP45X. Only thing they differ in is 240 has upgraded drivers. Meybe somone are be familiar with these?

Havent heard of them but they do look kind of cool.
