I'm suffering and could not enjoy the music because of the sibilance. They are too obvious in the track.
The IEM has to have decent bass but not overpowering, rich mids, and not so sibilant.
$600 is my budget. Any good recommendation?

The IE80 Maybe? I haven't heard too many IEMs, but I think the IE80 would be the right choice. So far, it is the most sibilance-tolerant IEM I've heard. Maybe the sony EX1000? ( not sure, I've only heard it for a 20 mins)
 
Some good EQ would also work if you're talking about Japanese music.

IE80 is on my consideration list, but EX1000 is too sibilant IMO.

Oh and the UM3X( my favorite in terms of sound signature). It's also really Sibilant-free.

I have issues with fatiguing highs in most IEMs. Westone 4 has been my go-to for almost 2 years now.

You know me the SM3 is the one you need. 

 
Seriously though the SM3 V2 is never sibilant but the highs still have great detail along with awesome mids and a outstanding 3D soundstage that's very spacious.  They also have very good separation and are quite dynamic sound for a BA setup.  You can get them on Amazon for $299 and that's a great price as most go for $350 and up.

Comparing SM3 V2 to TDK BA200 and Westone 4R, do you think SM3 sounds better for vocal representation?
Price is not an issue to me.

The SM3 is the best of the bunch imo with the BA200 right behind them.  Both isolate vocals very well but I like the SM3 more because of the better separation and imaging.
 
In order of over all SQ I go SM3 then W4 with the BA200 not far behind.

Than my choices would probably be: SM3 v2 , IE80, and W4R.

Its between the SM3 and W4 and I like the vocal presentation of the SM3 more than the W4 as well as the over all sound.  What takes the SM3 over the top is its soundstage and imaging, music surrounds you like I said before unlike anything I've ever heard.  The W4 would be a close 2nd and its still a very good IEM but I just think the SM3 is a bit better over all.  The IE80 though I haven't heard them I have the IE8 and they sound very close to each other and the SM3 and W4 are much better for vocals.

I don't think you'l be disappointed at all.  Go through Amazon because the third party seller has 2 left for $299 and that seller is legit   Well now there's 20 so your all good.

I personally did not like the SM3 at all, but I am not sure if it was the v2 that I sold or not. How can you tell the difference between the v1 and v2? Also, I would not make a purchase based off of one person's impressions between IEMs. Find some reputable comparisons between the SM3 and W4 and make an informed decision.

There's no difference in sound just build.
