IEM hanger?

As I'm getting more and more IEM's, storage is starting to become an issue. And while I could put them into small boxes and stuff, I would rather have them at arm's reach, as I regularly change what I'm listening through.

So is there a cleaver way to hang IEM's on the wall? Is using a single hook the easiest way to do it?
I don't really see any solutions available for this when Googling, am I missing something that makes this a really bad idea? Dust maybe?

I found this thing that'd be cool if you have access to a 3d printer:

At one time Brainwavz used to make type of hanger, and I seem to remember seeing variations on Amazon too. Maybe they just didn't sell well enough

Personally, I keep mine in cases. Too paranoid about them getting broken, and it also keeps them away from dust/moisture (I keep a dessicant pack in the cases with em)

Hmm, that's not a bad suggestion, might be able to have a friend print that for me. Maybe even customize it a bit.

I know cases are a better solution, but none of my IEM's are anywhere near close to High-end, so I'm not so fussed about them. Won't do anything that will harm them for sure, but moist is not an issue here. Dust is the main thing I worry about.
Maybe a cap of some sort could be printed to that hanger you linked...

I'm a bit surprised this isn't a thing, with how much interest there is sound IEM's.

Found another 3d print design:

You could also try a cable holder: https://www.amazon.ca/cable-holder-clip/s?k=cable+holder+clip
IIRC, it's pretty much what the old Brainwavz hanger were
I like the first design better, as I would like to put them on a wall.
The cable holders could also be a great off-the-shelf solution, didn't think about that. Very cheap and easy, will scout for some that could be good for IEM's 👍

I use guitar hanging hooks, or a tackle box or tool box to keep them organized.
Guitar hangers could be a solution, but I think they are a bit large for the purpose? Ukulele hangers maybe? 🤣

I saw IKEA selling some pegs board that you can use to hook headphones or gear:

Good suggestion, but as they will be hanging in our living room, I need something with the least amount of visual impact :)
