With April here and Record Store Day fast approaching I thought this month we could have some fun seeing Pics of each other's Vinyl setups!!

Simple rules!

I'll start with what I am listening to right now as I type this out!

This is my current turntable, a Pro-Ject I modified. I did most all woodworking shown here.

Also shown is my shop setup using a Hitachi PS 58, hooked to Bob Carver gear. My main setup has a vintage Cary phono preamp going into a PrimaLuna amp and Sonus Faber speakers and REL subs.

Soon I hope to refurb a Thorens turntable and I am about to receive a Skoll phono preamp from Schiit. I clean records using an ultrasonic system and test them in my shop before they reach my main turntable.

KEF LS50 Meta (Speakers) > Naim Uniti Atom (Amp) > ifi Zen Phono (Pre Amp) > Audio Technica LPW40WN

Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour is such a beauty to listen to on vinyl.

its 45rpm LP especially thrilling on Side 2's Chopin.

Hey, nice Rigs!

Auris EITERPE is a headphone amp coming with DAC of which performance level is "just in case of no other DAC".
On the other hand, the amp generates attractive tuby sound.

I don't use it as an amp very often, but such a beauty

TD160 MK2 with TP-16Mk3 arm.
Only a weak point IMO is incapability of the arm for a low complience cartridge due to its super light weight.
I had to give up a MC cartridge.
I am using AT VM760SLC on it.

I recognized it after the fact. I should be rebuilding a Thorens TD 318 soon.

More of my work, I design amps, construct mini speakers, headphone stands and such. I am also getting an early Rek-O-Cut turntable to refurb at some point. I also refurb high power receivers from the mid 70’s.

Found this Photo of one of my Older Rigs, again simple one just an Audio Technica TT but the Amp was Classic!

Classic to me anyway! I always wonder about my older gear!

I have this just in case, the buddy sending me the Thorens is also an EE so between us we will figure something out lol.

Also no drinks for me in my shop but I keep various glasses and bottles around to get sizes for things like this.

Custom flight boards and a shelf made from bourbon barrel staves.
