"Completely purist design without any DSP."

I will guess this means no X Bass and no 3D+ ? I know my use case is specific to me, but why does it seem like ifi decides to add or remove 2 or 3 features that make me not want to buy their products? Its always soooooo close to perfect, but not quite there.

I love my micro iDSD BL, but I want to upgrade to their next tier, but neither of their Pro's have the same feature set as the BL and it would seem that this will be the same... hopefully I am wrong though!

The XBASS and 3D+ were never DSP to begin with. They do seem to be absent though.

I wonder if a Neo iCAN is just around the corner?

A Neo iCan would be sweet and seems to be the mid fi amp that’s missing from iFI.

I want to wait till the Diablo stuff though that might be years from now.

Funny how it all leaked.

That price... Ouch. Pass for me. I’m a poor peasant lol $500-600 I could bite on however.
That's a Canadian site so the price is in CAD not USD.

I'd be careful buying from elfc, I received an iFi Zen Can on Oct. 16th but found that even on the lowest gain I had very little usable volume on the dial before it was either too loud or into channel imbalance. I tried requesting a Return Authorization but just got an error when I submitted it. I sent 2 messages a week apart explaining the situation and requesting an RA but have yet to receive any response. I just tried calling them which went directly to a hold message for a minute or two and then it said to leave a message. Not terribly impressed.
