I´m going to build better home rig, I´m sure about headphones(AKG k701 or HD600) and amp, but I dont know, which will be better source for them. I have diyMod, for which I can build some Lod with RCA conectors, or I can sell it and buy something like zero DAC or Xonar Essence.

Or should I sell imod and with money for Amp buy something like Styleaudio Topaz or Pico?

if you sell your DIYmod you'll lose portability, but I guess you know that

building your own LOD is not that expensive, why not give it a try?

I found, that I mostly use my Cowon D2 for portable use and diyMod only at home, so I decide to build home rig. It will for 90% be from diyMod to BVaudio Headamp to AKG k701.
