Well, as far as Hi Sound Audio Studio V had worked only few weeks being back from the guarantee repair, i use iphone 5s  + Marshall Major.
I'd like to have a nice sound from it that's why looking for a new headphones (these) and maybe portable amplifier  - something like Oppo Ha-2 or better cheaper /
Could you advice me how to make this phone sound well?

P.S Yes, the budget is quite limited. I'd like to pay 300 for both - headphones and amplifier but it seems to be impossible/

Yes. Consider better headphones. With a $300 budget, there are plenty of headphones that would do better paired with your iPhone than any dac/amp you could buy to use with your Marshal Majors.

The thing is that it's pretty hard to choose the headphones without trying it before,
i suspect that there are some rates like ' Top 10 before 200$ headphones' etc,
but can't find something suitble for me.
If you can advice me some models, I'd be very greatul.

Do you have any other previously used headphones?
What sound do you prefer? Bass, detail, or clarity? What genres of music do you listen to?
 
At $300, you have quite a lot of options to choose from, so be sure to answer these questions above.
