Currently using HD598 with Fiio E17 & E09K to watch shows/movies on my TV. I'm wondering if upgrading to the HD700 is worth it? How big of a jump in sound quality (if any) would there be? Thanks.

You should find some way to audition it before you pull the trigger. People hear things differently. For example, I have the HD600 which I love, but others find it too neutral and therefore boring and not worthy of consideration.
