I am looking for a DAC/AMP USB that has 3.5mm and 7.1 output.

I could buy the SoundBlaster X3 for $105

Is there any other thing that is better for less than $200?

whats its use? does it really have to be 7.1?

personally i would buy a second hand 5.1 AV amp instead. that way it does more onboard codec decoding, more power, more inputs more well everything.
