How does the Ultra compare with the Vernus?
I already have the Falcon pro and the Vernus so just wondering if it's a marked upgrade?

I do not have a Vernus - I'll ask this internally and get backed to you.

The Falcon Ultra is different than the Pro/Vernus on the inside. The aforementioned are more similar to each other.

A worthy temptation! I still love my SZA above all, but I would not take them out of house. The Falcon Ultra are more suited for mobile use and sturdy. Complementary sound also, and keep the beautiful blue vibe going. The DUNU quality build makes them a bargain also. Actually in my listening setup, SZA is still the champ and still revelatory!

Bass on Ultra is adequate, linear, but significantly improves with use of Sedna Aelastic tips, which bring out the impact of the bass. EDM then sounds right and impactful. Bass does not smear mids. I’m using the blue filter only.

I like the sound so much wi the blue filter I never bothered to change to the red. The red are suppposed to be a more balanced sound, and I’m kinda a bass head.
nice to have a choice if I wanted one, but as DrBlue I’m sticking to the blue. Out of M6 Ultra the sound punches in with great bass with impact, esp great for EDM .
