I have been listening and enjoying my es7s for quite a while now since amping them make a fairly big difference. Well I went ahead and put in my s4s and I noticed it wasnt putting out any sound at all. So I started fiddling with it and noticed that if I move the casing around in my ear it will give sound but if I move or something it will cut out again. The cord seems sturdy and I havent took my s4s outside of my house and havent gotten the cord snagged on anything. What could be wrong with them

I have the same problem with mine, try getting a support ticket on they're website and see if they'll send you a replacement,
i have to wait till the 7th before i can send mine back

Do you have to pay shipping to ship them back or do they send you a prepaid box?
