Is this possible? I'm in the process of writing a wiki and as it's getting quite long and most people probably wouldn't want to read the whole thing it'd be handy to be able to set up some sort of functioning contents menu.

What you are looking for is adding an "anchor" to the text in a post or wiki. I created an entry in the Wiki. Please refer to http://www.head-fi.org/wiki/how-to-create-a-link-to-a-refererce-inside-a-document
