I updated the E7 firmware just to realize the right channel of the 4.4 port is not working. At first I thought it could be the new firmware, but after downgrading to the previous version, the problem persisted. Unfortunately, it's a hardware problem and I really have no idea what happened. I would have to ask for a replacement or repair.

The 3.5 port is working normally. Yesterday I used the line-out for the first time by pairing the E7 with the Enleum HPA-23RM. Amazing combination and fantastic sound.

I assume you have tried different cables and IEMs just to exclude other failures?

No issues with previous FW. I just tried my E7 with the latest FW v1.0.5. No issues with Bluetooth either.

Question if this guy needs to be serviced, does it have to be shipped back to China or can it be serviced in the USA (where I'm at).

I have a problem with my Astell and Kern and it has to be shipped back to Korea unfortunately.

No worries! That is indeed puzzling. I have never seen an iteration of the firmware where there was no Bluetooth available.

Perhaps check with the dealer you purchased it from.

Other than going to the settings menu and choosing bluetooth, is there another way to pair devices? i can't get the e7 to recognize any of my bluetooth headphones either but my samsung phone picks up the e7 as a pairable device. I'm wondering if i'm not long pressing something or missing an option

I think Bluetooth is one way only? You can stream to the E7, but not stream from it.
I’m not sure though!

Hey guys I am not the most computer savvy. I'm trying to download the update as I just got my E7 today. I am getting this message saying that Windows can't unzip my file. I've tried two different computers with the same message. Is there anybody that can help me here? Sorry to be a bug
