MDR V700DJ.. any alternatives to the stock cushions?

I recently gave a friend my pair of Sony MDRV700DJ for portable use and he likes them, but they've always been plagued by causing your ears to scream of mercy after about 45 minutes of use. Anyone know of some really sweet super soft cushions that fit? I've looked around and can't find much!
 
If I can't find anything I'll probably just end up making some.
