Want to buy a headphone under $100 dollar and thinking between the ones I listed. The headphone is going to be used for portable use so the cable needs to be short. I was really debating on either getting the zx700 or the v55. However the others look good too.
 
Which one should I choose

Also I do have a portable amp fiio e11 so driving the headphone wont be a problem plus 55 is not that high.

Which one should I choose

The Sony Zx700s (nice sound) are only 24-Ohm, so easy for the portables to drive, should be able to find them for $90.
AkG K240 (55-Ohm) might be a little to demanding for a portable to drive well (maybe?).
 
KRK KNS 8400 (32-Ohm) have a detachable cable, so I think you can get their shorter coiled 1.5m cable.

Purple Angel I was thinkin about the krk kns 6400 instead but I heard the it lacks bass. Although bass is not my main concern I still want some bass. Either the zx700 or v55 sounds really good.

Find a local Sony store, they should have the ZX700 ($130) on demo.
but buy them cheaper on the internet or eBay.
