so basically i want to buy an headphone on-ear for maximum 100€ with quite a nice isolation and that would fit for any type of music, i really dont know anything about headphones so any advise is welcome.

Hi. I don't know what a pair of Sennheiser HD25-1 II will cost you where you live but they should be readily available in europe.

That is a great headphone to start with. If you are not sure what you are looking for, those are a pair it would be hard to go wrong. Look them up.

The JVC HAS500 is a pretty decent sounding on-ear for cheap. I had to import mine from the Japan to the US and it cost me $75.

I don't know if you get koss out there but you could look into something like the Koss Porta Pro.

I would really try to see if you can get a used pair of those HD25's though if possible maybe used or refurbished?. Really an oustanding headphone.
