Hello everyone my name is wolfe and I am looking to buy some over ear headphones  I mostly listen to hip hop and rap, but i also listen to alternative rock and rock like greenday and gorillaz 
can I get some suggestions of what headphones I should buy

Do you have a budget in mind? Do you prefer open or closed headphones? Lastly, what part of the world do you reside in? One that I am possibly thinking of for you is more available in Asia and the Pacific than some places (although, it is also available in the UK). no more than 150 closed because I will use them walking around to my classes and i live in texas

Can you pay an extra $20 and get the Audio-Technica ATH-M50X? Or, maybe the ATH-WS77 or the Sony MDR10R.

That extra $20 is going to set you apart from many other headphones in its price range.

I'm recommending a budget stretch for the m50x, as well. If not, the Sennheiser HD449 at ninety bucks is a decent alternative.
