First post, hopefully I put it in the right place.
The amp hit the ground from top of my suitcase few months ago when I was in airport. (It fell out from a bag when the handle broke) Then it has never been on when I plug in the power cable. I opened the amp once but could not tell where was wrong.
I've read something about the Sound Surgeon in New York, Beyerdynamic's "authorized" repair center. It sounds like they don't really reply either emails or phone calls and it takes long for them to repair things. (I sent an email to them about a month ago and there has been no reply till now)
Do anyone know any kind of place I can have it repaired? I'm in West Lafayette.
Many thanks.
