I hope some of you can help me here, I don't have much experience with over ear headphones. Maximum budget is $100 and I will be using the headphones with my iPhone and my laptop, it has Waves Maxx Audio3. I don't have an amp and don't plan to get one. My music is mostly Rock and Metal. I would like to try some Sennheisers but I'm not sure which one I should get, what do you guys recommend? Other brands are welcome too.

You can easily go with Grado headphones in your budget. BUT they are open back and there's a lot of sound leakage.

I would reccomend Takstar HI 2050 for your profile. They have Beyerdynamic DT880 sound character, but naturally don't reach quality of > $200 Beyers. But they are really very good for their price and additionally they have very solid construction and are really convenient. Use ebay or aliexpress to order them.
