Hi there! Major Lurkio here. Been around since 2015, have a bunch of stuff for sale, nothing super sexy, just some HD25 Aluminiums, HD25's, and some custom HD25 ear defenders, the latter two fitted with Jay's mass loading kit from Custom Cans (who also made the defenders for me, thanks Jay!) Have another 3 pairs of Sens for sale, and for anyone in the SE UK, some HiFi gear. Based in South East Uk.

I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of the classifieds forum, many thanks. Toby.

This forum is quite new to me but I decided to join since I have been enjoying headphone listening so much lately.

I'm an electronics engineer and even though I don't design audio gear professionally, I have always been interested in HiFi gear and in fact some of my first projects when I started electronics as a hobby almost 50 years ago were audio amplifiers.

Recently I have been designing and building RIAA phono amplifiers and some headphone amplifiers too. I even built 3D-printed headphones which turned out to be pretty good.

My current headphone gear includes the following: SMSL mini-DAC Sanskrit, OPA 1656 based solid state amp (own design), tube/fet hybrid amp (own design), Vilma Audio headphones (3D-printed), HD600 and old Beyerdynamic DT-531.

How many posts do you need to be able to post in the classifieds? I think I read it was 15, I currently have 9! That is very frustrating! I don't want to spam post in order to sell my gear. Their selling criteria is incredibly strict, which I admire, but still, meh! Many of us are major lurkers! And have been active on here for years reading for research purposes. Nvm.

Go over to the Music forum and post what you're listening to. People won't mind, and it'll bump your post count. It's always cool to hear what others are playing.

Thanks, Lou, great suggestion! I’ll have to do that - I’ve been following the forums for a while but only just recently signed up officially 😁

Hi everyone, my name is Ryan, and I am hoping to learn more about headphones. I'm really into EQ and quickly becoming an audiophile after escaping the world of wireless gaming headsets. I love good audio and listening to my favorite bands, as well as, playing games!

Hi everyone! After reading 108 pages of Schiit Modi Multibit 2, I've decided to buy one. And the information that I got on this forum was the most useful one. DAC is perfect match for my humble system - Rotel A11 Tribute, MA Silver 100 and WiiM mini.
Awesome! I have an original Modi Multibit that I use to stream SiriusXM over the internet through my Samsung TVs optical output into the Multibit’s digital input, then out through its analog RCA jacks to my Creek Destiny integrated amp, which is analog-only. A convoluted (and expensive) path, but the only way I could figure out how to do it and get decent audio quality.
