Japan has been fun.
3) customer can select custom solder wire configuration that matches the Wagnus cable. Example, Wagnus silver cable, wizard universal Will be built with the internals wires matching the Wagnus cable
Now this is very interesting, would be good to know more detailsJapan has been fun.
We announced a joint project with Wagnus cables of Japan
Basically the project is:
1) Wizard universal -
new 2 driver design
new 5 driver design
2) customer can select various face plates
3) customer can select custom solder wire configuration that matches the Wagnus cable. Example, Wagnus silver cable, wizard universal Will be built with the internals wires matching the Wagnus cable
This has been one of my hmm moments with people saying cables change the sound. If the cable isn't the same wire as the wire inside, how can the cable change the sound? Or if it did change the sound, wouldn't the internal wire just change the sound back? So all the wire being the same would make more sense to me if and I do mean if, wire changes the sound.
For you perhaps. Expectation bias is a powerful thing.I have tried changing my savant’s cable to noble’s thin (not sure the name, bought it 2nd hand) cable.
It made the smooth savant becomes quite harsh
So yes cable does change sound signature

I've always really liked the cable on my K10's and never felt the need to change it.Yep
I'm not pro or anti
I was asked to participate in the project, and it sounded like fun
