Really struggling to get a perfect fit with any of the tips that came with my Tridents. For some reason the ones that get a good seal seem to slowly slip back out.

Complys are obviously the best, but because I have to constantly take one ear in and out at work, they're not practical.

Has anyone had this issue with Noble UIEMs? Are Spiral Dots a good match? Or should I just accept that my ears are a funny shape and they aren't going to fit for me?

Just for anyone with the same issue; because of where they sit on the bore the JVC Spiral Dots solved this issue for me and have a great seal.
