I just thought there was no activity but there is and I don't get alerts of new activity. Some that I have responded to recently I get alerts but to older ones I don't. What's up with that?

What I've observed is that you only get one notification of activity on a subscribed thread as long as it's 'unread'. Once you've viewed the subscribed thread, you then get another notification when there's a new post, but only for the first post. Not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but that's what appears to be happening for me. I'm actually fine with it - don't need to be notified of every single new message on a subscribed thread as was the case on the old platform; it's enough to know there is at least one new reply since you last checked the thread.
Well this was a week worth of replies to the thread 2 or 3 pages worth. It says I'm subbed but did not get any notifications.
