from researching on this forum, it looks like the following eartips are compatible with Oneplus Buds 3 :

But it's not also 100% clear from the different reading you can have on this post !
So i'm looking for confirmation, and potentially other recommendation from people who have tried !
My feeling with the default medium one that fit the "best" compare to large & small =
- left side = wide enough but still not so good isolation
- right side = not wide enough and
from old recommendations here I use to have SoundMagic E80 which I loved and kept the eartips when switching to OnePlus buds Z. Unfortunately they are, 1 = not compatible, 2 = i've lost of the buds !
When sitting SoundMagic E80 next to Oneplusbuds 3 medium, i can see the following difference =
- height is at least 2 or 3 mm more
- it's mure moch rigid (even though they are 6 years old it's still a perfect circle) whereas Oneplus buds 3 are already squishy and more oval shap
- hole is wider on E80
- no grid inside the hole on E80
- external diameter looks to be the same
