This has now been confirmed, if you paid for anything via the OnePlus online store, your card information may have been compromised.

If you did buy through their store it might be time to contact your financial institution and see about getting a new card issued.
I got one of mine compromised a couple years ago and it took months to get all my money back, if you have any thoughts that it may be compromised, get it changed before somebody uses it as I can tell you it is a bloody nightmare to get straightened out again.
