These cans have been receiving great press over the years and while prices were pinned at over $90+ for most of the year, prices seem to be stabilizing in the $60 range. This is the price point where we have great expectations. I like many aspects of this can.
1. very light
2. comfortable
3. great sound quality (bass and highs) but needs some tweaking.. see below.

Seems like ambient sounds echo and tend to saturate the sound - particularly in movies where there is a strong ambient tone in the scene.. Could this be resonance, glare? If it is, what is the easiest way to fix this? Should material be placed into the ear cups? I feel like things have soo much potential. Perhaps this could be a quick fix since getting into cups isn't too difficult. thanks.

I'm currently HD650/HD25-1ii/Grado SR325is

i love mine at 60 bucks. I honestly think the hype has moved on the those new JVC HA-S500 imports that seem to sound really good. I do think these are pretty neutral and refined for a phone of this price.

Ill have to listen for the echos and post back.
