Can Integrated DAC like Qualcomm AQSTIC will compensate Dedicated DAC in mobile phone?

Not sure what you are asking.................... but Qualcom all in one SOC sound pretty much the same from phone to phone. Dedicated separate dacs like those used in LG V series do sound better in my experience.

The AQSTIC implementation is definitely better than a phone without it.
IF the phone also has a nicely implemented dedicated DAC + Amp then it can also sound nice.
Personally the HTC 10, LG V20 and now LGv30 are the phones to go to if you like audio.

I've driven all sorts of headphones to their max potential (or very close to it) with my HTC 10.
