Bone conduction headphones?  They generally aren't the best...  They are relatively new though, so they do have time to improve...  However, there are things that are so much better

I understand what bone conduction is. This is a dynamic driver that pushes sound into the ear without being directly on the ear.

They're like mini earspeakers it seems. I guess the nearest thing in size that does something similar and didn't totally suck were the Sony PFR-V1.
