Here is my current situations:
 
I own 2 headphones @ 32ohm and 1 headphone @ 250 ohm
 
I have a pair of monitor speakers that I need dual XLR for. 
 
 
I'm hoping to find a rack amp/dac that has a headphone jack on the front that can power 600 ohms decently while able to have 32 ohm headphones plugged in and not have a hum. I also am looking for dual XLR in the back to plug in my speakers.
 
I currently own Emotiva xda2 plugged into my desktop by USB. It's a driver nightmare and I need volume on my computer @ 40% to power the 250ohm effectively. I don't dare try 600 ohm headphones on this.
