Why no #10? Surely one of the "Some xyz Garbage" cans must be top ten material! I LOLed the first time I read your sig and it still makes me smile every time I see it.1. ZMF Caldera
- good at everything, likes power and $$$$$ source gear but doesn't need it, scales well with higher tier equipment, highly impressive sound when paired correctly
2. ZMF Auteur Classic
- also good at everything, just in a different way, doesn't need as much power, probably the best all-rounder I have ever heard, loves tubes!!!
3. ZMF Atrium Closed
- soul & passion kings + ommppfffy bass that isn't distorted, darker ZMF tuning
4. ZMF Verite Open
- detail & speed kings + the soundstage!!!!
5. HiFiMan Susvara
- same as above, but with less emotion
6. Meze Elite
- good at everything, just not as crazy clear as 1/2, very fast
7. Focal Utopia
- detail hounds, slam hounds, but need emotion
8. Rosson RAD0
- like the weird kid in class that everyone wanted to be cool with + they sound/look neato - better than you would think
9. Beyerdynamic 1990 Pro
- great for mastering or analyzing audio tracks, excellent work headphone
Currently own them all.
I'll add more later but I'm going to bed.

I'm responding to my original post about a year ago. Here's my current ranking a year later. This year I've added much better source equipment.
Out of the full size headphones that I currently own I would rank them like this. The ranking is based on pure enjoyment and my use case.
This has nothing to do with technical performance or any other criteria:
1. Audeze LCD-4
2. HiFiMan HE1000 V2
3. Abyss Diana V2
4. Audeze LCD-X 2021
5. ZMF LTD Eikon
6. ZMF LTD Aeolus
7. Sennheiser HD 600
8. Audeze Maxwell
Out of the headphones that I've owned in the past here is how I'd rank:
1. Rosson RAD-0
2. ZMF LTD Vérité Closed
3. HiFiMan HE1000 V2
4. Final D8000 Pro
5. Audeze LCD-X 2021
6. Focal Radiance
7. ZMF LTD Aeolus
8. HiFiMan Arya Stealth
9. Audeze MM-500
10. HiFiMan HE1000V3 Stealth
11. Audeze LCD-XC 2021 Carbon
12. DCA Aeon 2 Noire
13. Meze Empyrean
14. HiFiMan Sundara 2020
15. HiFiMan Ananda
16. Focal Clear
17. Meze Liric
18. HiFiMan HE6se V2
19. HiFiMan Edition XS
20. Audeze LCD2C
21. Audeze SINE
22. Sennheiser HD 6XX
23. Sennheiser HD 660S V2
24. ZMF LTD Atticus
25. Focal Elegia
26. Grado SR60
27. Bowers & Wilkins PX
The only two that I'd buy again that aren't in my current collection is Verite Closed and Radiance. I love the RAD-0 but it's truly the world's most uncomfortable headphone and I'd only purchase it again with a completely redesigned headband.

Probably the hd650. It's good, but a bit overrated imo. Or any of the older DCA stuff with the exception of ether closed. Those are decent. Why no #10? Nope. I’ve tried the puck suspension strap and that only really works if you have a really small head.Have you tried these for the rad-0

I’m not interested in correcting a manufacturer’s mistakes. This has been the biggest complaint of Rosson’s products since launch which was over five years ago. If Alex can’t get his headphones fixed in half a decade I’m not interested in supporting that company.
It’s the easiest thing to correct and there’s absolutely no excuse to justify that.
Totally agree. Obviously manufacturers are entitled to do things the way they want and I appreciate innovation but there are known ranges of head sizes and for a company to release a product that fits badly is hard to fathom. I won't list all of the ones I've run into but the Abyss Diana is the one I've been dealing with recently. It's a excellent sounding headphone that makes me hate it every time I put it on because all of the weight and pressure goes to one very small spot.I’m not interested in correcting a manufacturer’s mistakes. And don't get me started on ear pads. The quickest way to ruin a headphone experience is for the driver to touch the ear but some manufacturers use shallow pads that do just that without offering any alternate size or mechanism to add a little space. Maddening! /rant

One more try with my group. I feel very satisfied with my little Mid-Fi collection. Short of a little lotto win, I am getting closer to being very content with what I have.
1) Focal Clear's
2) Grado GH2's
3) HiFiman HE6se V2's
4) Sennheiser HD660S2's
5) Nectar Sound Ambrosia's
6) iBasso SR2's
7) Focal Radiance's
8) CFA Cascade's
9) Koss KPH30i's
I am currently trying to sell a set of Grado Hemp's and am awaiting delivery of a new-to-me set of Meze 109 Pro's.

Wow you guys got some nice stuff.
I have never spent more than £500 on a headphone (yet) but my baby list as it stands right now....
1/ Hifiman Edition XS (seems nice balance, big sound, just overall sounds a definite step above everything else I use)
2/ Meze99 (when they don't boom in me ears)
3/ HD600 (old faithful)
4/ DT880 (sometimes these blow me away, other times not so much)
5/ AKG361 (preferred it to 371 dunno why)
If I could combine the top 3 into one headphone I think I'd be really happy.

I would bet that a lot of those people would happily take your collection over theirs if they only could get back the money they have spent over the years
