Let me keep this simple and sweet.
I have a LED monitor with no speakers, a PS3 with hdmi and optical out and no way to get sound from the ps to my ears. What can I do?
 
I dont really want to buy more amps and/or dacs but im not really sure if that is an option. Something like the Audioengine D1 or Centrance Dacmini would be ideal, optical and usb input plus phone out and another output for speakers, but i wanted to see if there was anything else out there.
 
I currently have the ODAC, Cmoy and Bottlehead Crack and Audioengine A2 speakers.

you're out of luck with the odac, get a dac that supports optical as well
