It seems more and more difficult to buy anything between crazy laws, regional services, Brexit etc.

Does anybody know of EU countries with foreigner-friendly banking systems? I'd like to consider setting up additional accounts online.

I would think Swiss bank would. Arn't they notorious for foreigners making accounts to hide money?

Isn't that what you want to do? Hide your money?

No, not for decades. And I'm not trying to evade anything. I just want to be able to buy things like I could when I lived in other places.

Rather than speculation, hoping to hear from people who have concrete info, suggestions etc.
