I created a tool (see attachment) to easily convert FR measurements exported from REW into EqualizerAPO config files.
You can import different speaker/headphone targets in REW and turn them into EQ files.

1. Export the graph from REW by file->export->export measurement as text. Choose any settings you like

2. run the converter and open the measurement. it can flip the graph for you. I use my MiniDSP EARS or Umik-1 to create compensation graphs, invert them, and turn them into EQ files.

3. in EAPO, press + button ->control->include configuration file and select the outputted file

Enjoy your new EQ setting!

edit: updated to accept CSV files and any text file that looks like this
20.00,3.86 20.20,3.89 20.40,3.92 20.61,3.94 ...

I also made an auto-compensator, which gets the difference between two graphs and outputs an EAPO EQ. Hope this is useful to those who need it.
It takes 2 files that can look like this (delimiter can be tabs, spaces, or semicolons).
Code:
3281 71.767
3328 71.6472
3377 71.4776
3426 71.366
3476 71.1757

Example with ER4SR EQ'd to Etymotic target, limited to 3khz using the REW export settings. Measured the result with an occluded ear simulator.

Update: added export options. You can export as a EAPO config, a regular TXT file, or an Audacity Filter Curve EQ file!
Update: fixed to use logarithmic interpolation instead of erroneous linear interpolation
