I’ve had a sleepless night and been listening to the Vali 3 all night. I swapped out a few 6922’s with the adapter and listened with the 5670’s as well. I had purchased a GE 5 star 5670 and a JAN GE 5670. So, I’ve come to a different conclusion that the 5670’s sound much better to my ears. I’m assuming it may be that they are the tubes the Vali 3 are actually meant for.

I am liking them so far. These tubes have been in my stash for about 10 years now. I think I only paid $4 each, that plus the adapter is still less than the Garage 1217 adapter!
