100% - I have Traillii just over a week now and while fantastic, definitely hasn't killed my IE900 joy.
What about Isabellae vs Trailli? (sorry for the off topic)

Ocean colour scene : Mosley Shoals. What an album! They must of time traveled into the future and mastered it on the IE900. Sounding so good right now. ‘The day we caught the train’ and ‘ the circle’ have never sounded so good.
Ps: stock medium foam are hitting the spot right now off the back of a cold (think my sinuses are still a bit off)

Both Sennheiser Sweden and their authorized Swedish dealer are selling the IE900 for 14 500 SEK (1426 EUR) instead of 1299 EUR...Is this the case in other EU countries as well or are we just screwed in Sweden?

I guess I'll just have to wait for auditorium.de to get them in stock again, kinda sucks since both the authorized dealer and Sennheiser SE have the IE900 available for shipping.

I know that we got extra taxes on storage and certain chemical components, thus products like the PS5 are slighly more expensive. But I'm farily certain that a pair of non BT headphones don't have any extra fees.

This is getting quite ridiculous, I asked Sennheiser support why they're selling for much higher in Sweden, I got told that the reasoning is because the different VAT-rates.

"
I'm afraid that's not possible - and the reason for the price difference is because of VAT / TAX / SKAT.

Germans have a lower tax rate than Denmark and Sweden have."

Fine I thought, I looked up what the IE900 are selling for in their Danish store... which is 9700 DDK, 9700 DDK is roughly 13,300 SEK (not 14,500 SEK). It also turns out that Sweden and Denmark got the exact same VAT-rate (25%).

Perhaps a Sennheiser representative can explain why Swedish customers got to pay much more than even our neigboiring countries with the exact same VAT-rate?

Strange stuff indeed, currently one store is selling the IE 900 in Finland for 1299,00€. We have 24% VAT. Unfortunately not in stock and no ETA as of yet.

E: Sennheiser store 1299,00€ also.

In UAE, official Sennheiser webshop, they cost 1.150 EUR (VAT is only 5% here in the desert..), mine should arrive tomorrow.
Looking forward to it... I always wanted to have a Sennheiser IEM, almost bought the 800S but skipped in the end because of the non removable cables.
