I know it doesn’t matter now as I returned the counterfeit IE900 back and got a full refund but I’m not impressed with Sennheiser’s customer service. I contacted them over 2 weeks ago enquiring about the serial number and asking if they were counterfeit and I still haven’t received a reply back and that was over 2 weeks ago. Anyway, it’s just as well I didn’t wait for a reply and returned them when I did. Not impressed.
