Has anyone experience with these 2 models? i got an iphone and would like to know how these headphones are.

What's the difference between those 2? because the price of the mm 400 is almost 200$ less than the mm 450.

Your are paying the price difference of about $200 for the Noise Guard feature in the MM450 model.
 
I am currrently looking at the MM450.
