Shanling M0 Pro - Ultra-Portable Hi-Fi Player, Now With Balanced Output!

Teach the player (bluetooth chip - I wonder what chip is in the player?) to be friends with chips from Qualcomm QCC, because MTW 200 and 300 (Qualcomm QCC3040) are headphones of your production! Mifo 07 does not connect at all, the player sees it but there is no connection.

Unpacked my M0 Pro today, upgraded firmware, inserted card with FLAC files (organised in folders) and connected a multitude of IEMs and some headphones (some 3,5mm and some balanced, using the 4,4mm adapter). All worked well 👍

Last, but not least I connected my Edifier NeoBuds Pro, using LDAC codec. M0 Pro connected and reconnected (automatically) without any issues. Connection is stable, sound is pleasant (not using EQ). Listening at 60% volume.

The interface is Ok, but not great. On the other hand, I keep interaction to minimum. Once music is playing, I switch off the screen and just enjoy :)

This works with Mifi 07 photo 1, and with Shanling MTW200 in photo 2, reconnection does not automatically occur, only through the bluetooth menu. Reset on the headphones performed!

Noted.

After update I can't change the volume at all. Anyone else see that?

With Bluetooth headphones, wired headphones, USB output? The volume bar doesn't show up at all, it's stuck at one value or it just doesn't have any effect?

Wired headphones. The only way I can change volume is to push the wheel button down and quickly spin it to change volume before the player shuts off. It did not do this before the update. It wasn't easy but it did work. No longer.

Wasn't easy even before? Changing volume should be just a simple spin of the wheel.

Can you please perform factory reset on your unit and see if it helps?

Already did. No change. With the previous firmware the volume adjustment didn't always change the volume as much as the wheel was turned. It worked best if I turned the screen off with one tap. That trick no longer works.

Seems your player from the beginning was working incorrectly. We would recommend contacting your seller for warranty.

I did charge the device and after unplugging it from the charger, the battery indicator was still stuck at half depleted.
Had to reset the device for it to show the battery was fully charged so the issue persists.

Can it be fixed with another firmware update?

It was reported to software team before, it's just visual glitch, but they will try to fix it.
