After reading this thread, I am a little regret that I bought iBasso dx160 recently. Should wait for M3X, which is close to dx160 in SQ, but smaller and with much better battery life. The wifi is also better though I do not stream on DAP.

I own the flagship DX300 and I just bought the M3X for more portable use cases and I must say that though I am not a fan of Shanling stuff, the sound that comes from this little device is very good to my ears.

also @Shanling is there a way to sort the track list by "recently added" in the Shanling player? I am not familiar with the interface and so far I haven't found it. Thanks!

Yes, I have play store running fine in mine. Search for it in the apk pure app that is factory loaded and you're good to go.

The M3X already has all of the Google Play support libraries installed from the factory. All you need is the Google Play app itself (apk) and it works perfectly.

M3X all the way. Ive got an IMR RAH with Piezo tweeter in it that has potential to be sibilant. And with the M3X it's perfectly paired. Likewise with the UM 3DT, many have claimed it has tendencies towards splashiness, it wasn't so with the the M5s and is not with the M3X. I've written before that I'm selling my Lotoo Paw 6000 because I'm so happy with what the M3X gives me. It really is an outstanding value that balances so well SQ, Function, Form and Battery.

Finally got the XD05 Bal today. Sadly my unit has some issue so it might go for replacement with the store. Sound is fatiguing at high volumes/ HD600 giving too much distortion.
