If speed are damn slow, then what to do ?I have had my M7around 3 months now, and I don't understand the complaints about WiFi speeds. This device was designed (and purchased) for music streaming, especially the highest-resolution Tidal. I really don't care about WiFi speed beyond the minimum for that purpose. Mine does about 12G when my phone does 500. Who cares? High res Tidal only requires 8.

We always recommend purchasing devices from our official sellers, then you are covered for such issues and can ask for refund.I have updated the firmware, but it didn't fixed wifi issue.
Also the speed got decreased more.
You have mentioned in mail that the issue will be fixed in upcoming firmware update but still it exists.
Why are are your playing with consumer money.
My device is also paid, if i had buyed directly from with discount that doesn't means that i am not eligible for the in- warranty service.
Pathetic company.

We never doubted that your unit is under warranty or that it was paid for. We just clearly stated we can't offer you a refund on this unit.@Shanling
The unit was not a year old when i raised the issue, i was well under the warranty period.
I have attached the proofs for that.
But you kept me in loop saying that firmware update will fix that.
But none of that happened.
Also the unit is paid, it is not free review sample.
It was discounted not free.
Don't evade with your responsibilities.

I didn't asked for refund anywhere, check all the mails from my side.We never doubted that your unit is under warranty or that it was paid for. We just clearly stated we can't offer you a refund on this unit.
There is no fix for this issue at this time, we can do nothing for you.
There is no solution at this time for your issue. All our current players are using the same 665 SoC.I only asked the solution for this issue or upgrade me to a device( equivalent model or higher) that is free from this issue.

Very good solution provided by @Shanling .There is no solution at this time for your issue. All our current players are using the same 665 SoC.
We can do nothing for you.
Why has Shanling released this player in a Blue colour now? I would imagine with the incoming update to this player immenent with the AK dacs. It would have been better then to offer a colour option.
