I have owned and used pretty much every IEM imaginable...westone's w3,w4....etymotic ....older shure models and on and on and to my ears the 535 is simply my favorite of them all...the baldur cable has enhanced the sound for me and made them more comfortable and very importantly for me the 535 isolate almost as well as my etymotics which is a huge plus for me....it is all very subjective of course but I love the 535s
