Hey guys,

Bought these off a fellow headfi-er late last year and recently the cable has eroded and exposed the wire rendering them unusable. How should I go about getting these repaired or a replacement? I'm in Australia and the headfi-er I got it from is in the US so I'm not exactly sure how this works. Last time I bought a pair of E4Cs from HK and the same thing happened to them. I emailed Shure Australia and they told me they can't give me a replacement because I bought it in HK.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hey,

give Jands a call
Contact Us

I had a problem with E500 cracked cord (which they denied as a common fault with the E series

, called them up, left a voice message, and the lady called me back in 10 minutes, gave me instructions and a job id number and I am all set. I had a friend who dealt with them for his E4s, and he received excellent service as well. Both of our earphones were purchased from the US.

Might help.
