Hi all!
To make a long story short, I have a Studio V as main portable source, I'm looking to buy a small USB DAC/amp combo to use with my laptop, it should be "self-powered"
It should performs at least at the same level as my lovely Studio V, sharing the same sound signature : very transparent but not overly bright .
I had a Yulong D100 in the past, it was too bright for my taste.
I was looking at HRT Microstreamer but it seems to be too bright as well.
I could keep my Studio but I'm limited by the capacity of the microsd.
Any idea?
I have no budget but I would like to keep it under $400
